Raven and Thunderbird Group is a majority owned Indigenous consultancy headquartered on the traditional and unceded territories of the Musqueam First Nation, in Vancouver British Columbia. We provide services to clients across Turtle Island (North America), working with a dynamic group of partners delivering strategy and insight into the future economy based on a foundation of reconciliation.
Our firm has two key areas of practise, Raven and Thunderbird Fine Art and Raven and Thunderbird Management.

Values
We have three core values that guide our business: kindness, honesty, and generosity. These values have been shaped by the ancient teachings of our ancestors and guide us as we create prosperity and reconciliation in a good and humble way. These sacred bundles define the character of our organization and people as we live these values through our behaviour and work.

Reconciliation
Reconciliation is fundamental to our future. We must address the immense challenges of our time by working with this gentle and powerful force. Reconciliation provides a promise, that if we can work together, the future is ours and it is bright.
Clients
Our clients are diverse. They come from many lived experiences, have unique needs, and share a belief in the promise of reconciliation. We care deeply for collective success and we work to create value and reconciliation through shared prosperity.
Process
We work in a good and humble way. We are constantly learning and growing, decolonizing our process, and embracing our indigeneity in our work. We are trauma informed, mindful of creating a positive space for learning, growth and understanding for our clients and partners.
